Stop Utility Rate Increases-Oppose S2428!
PSE&G and its parent company, PSEG, are steamrolling legislation, S2428 through the legislature in an effort to enact ‘formula based’ electricity and gas prices. ‘Formula based’ pricing would guarantee profits to electric and gas companies regardless of how much gas and electricity they sell (i.e., how much we buy; how much we conserve), how much money they spend and/or how well or poorly they run their business.
